Ottawa Folk Festival has developed several unique ways for forward-thinking businesses to advertise their products and services at one of the most high-profile musical events in the area. In 2012, a captive audience of 30,000 fans attended the event.

DAILY GRID – on-site schedule (printed daily) - SOLD OUT!

2,000 updated grids are produced daily and distributed on site at the gates, at the info booth, as well as VIP areas (Folk Club & Hospitality Suites).  Exclusive ad space is available as one ad for multiple days.  

Ad size: 3” X 5” in 4 colour process.

Cost: $1,500 + tax  (4,000 copies per day)

PROGRAM BROCHURE

10,000 copies are produced 1 month prior to the festival and distributed throughout the city leading up to the festival, as well as  on site (at the gates, at the info booth, as well as VIP areas) .  Exclusive ad space is available:

1 full panel ad: 5.5″ (w) x 4.5″ (h)

1/2 panel ad: 2.75″ (w) x 4.5″ (h)

Cost:

$1,000 + tax (full panel)

$750+ tax  (1/2 panel)

Opportunities:

Whether sampling a product currently on the market, informing the public about new products and services, or signing-up new customers for your business, the Ottawa Folk Festival is a great event for your company to reach the Ottawa market in a big way. The festival has specific areas to foster awareness of what your company has to offer while you interact with event attendees. We can provide everything from 10 X 10 tents for activations or roaming opportunities to reach prospective customers.

Fees:

10 x 10 or 15 x 15: minimum fee of $5,500 (for 2 days), any
additional day is $2,000 per day

20 x 20: minimum fee of $7,500 (for 2 days), any additional
day is $2,000 per day

30 x 30: minimum fee of $9,500 (for 2 days), any additional
day is $2,000 per day

PLEASE NOTE:  Kiosks are for corporate sampling/promotions, NOT for selling general merchandise (i.e. arts, clothing).
