Ottawa Folk Festival 2013 Artisan and Craft Vendor Applications

Thanks for your interest in being an artisan vendor at our festival!  2013 vendor applications are now under review.

Artisans play a vital role in our festival, helping to promote local, creative, handmade and upcycled artisanal goods. In 2013, priority will be given to applicants who make their product and/or craft exhibitors presenting demostrations.  Arts collectives and arts guilds are welcome to collaborate. Please read the 2013 Ottawa Folk Festival Artisan and Craft Vendor Guidelines for more details.

Ottawa Folk Festival 2012 Community Tent Applications

In 2012,  we curated our Community Tent to include groups creatively showing their organizations in action through Public Awareness Campaigns. The deadline for applications was July 20, 2012. If you are interested in applying for 2013, you are welcome to read the following guidelines; however, please note that information regarding fees, etc. does change from year to year.

If you are a not-for-profit organization or government agency who will have a public awareness campaign active during the festival, please consider applying for a Community Tent booth.  The festival does not charge a fee to apply or participate and the area will be free for the public to access.  Be a part of the Ottawa Folk Festival and get your message out!

Community Tent Hours of Operation:

Thursday September 6: 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Friday September 7: 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Saturday September 8: 12 Noon – 9:00 pm **

Sunday September 9: 12 Noon – 9:00 pm **

Monday September 10: 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
